A little way from the town centre, this fine 19C town house is now a luxury hotel. It has undergone first-rate restoration work, the fruits of which are particularly evident in the restaurant's dining area, which is set in an intimate and elegant lounge. Chef Anthony Carballo proposes two multi-course surprise set menus inspired in part by the estate's vegetable garden. Tomato, basil, burrata; pollack, courgette, fish fumet: a lovely symphony of flavours, accompanied by a well-devised wine list! Alternatively, you can also enjoy a meal at the Brasserie des Flâneurs, in what was once the estate's distillery.
