In the heart of the Carignano district, the restaurant is tucked away on a quiet side street: parking is not easy, so it’s best to arrive with some time to spare. Two tasting menus – “Tradition and Innovation” and “Classic” – offer a gastronomic journey full of personality, but there’s also the freedom to order à la carte. The cuisine is bold and refined, with classic and modern influences merging in surprising dishes; Ligurian favorites such as trofie al pesto genovese are not to be missed, reinterpreted with flair. The business lunch is a real gem: wide selection, excellent quality, and a price that wins you over.
