After living abroad for 10-plus years, the chef opened a pop-up kitchen at Yancheng Market to much acclaim. In memory of his childhood friends, he opened Marc L³ in 2021 to serve fine dining food in a relaxed atmosphere. His season-driven tasting menu comprises modern, Western dishes made with local produce. Original mocktails and cocktails are perfectly paired with the complex flavours.
