This elegant restaurant, which, in its own words, seeks to ‘explore the senses through gastronomy’, has two chefs with different backgrounds in the kitchen—one is Spanish and the other is French. The menu, which focuses on using local, seasonal ingredients, can be enjoyed à la carte or through the tasting menu, called Descobrir. When they’re in season, don’t miss the calçots (spring onions) from their vegetable garden, served with a romesco vinaigrette and toasted almonds!
