Fabio Imparato, who hails from the Italian province of Salerno, is the head chef at this restaurant not far from the lake. After working in various fine dining restaurants, he now devotes himself to Italian and Mediterranean cuisine. The seasonal surprise menu comes in a four- or five-course format.
