In a 16C townhouse in the heart of the city, dedicated hosts Susanne and Michael Pilz have designed a cosy restaurant featuring beautiful vaulted ceilings and a truly idyllic outdoor dining area with trees, grapevines, shrubs and herbs. While the chef-patron crafts regional and seasonal dishes with modern influences (think pan-fried pike-perch fillet or braised shoulder of veal), the lady of the house heads up the welcoming team front of house.
