In the open kitchen, the team champions ingredients from Central Switzerland, supplemented by produce from the Alpine region. The evening features an appealing à la carte selection alongside a four-course "Tavolata" for the entire table, available as a surprise menu or with a main course of your own choice. In summer, the secluded monastery terrace is especially lovely. Breakfast is also served, with a regional "monastery breakfast" available on Sunday mornings.
