Nicola Christian Müller represents the third generation at the helm of Das Leonhard hotel and its restaurant of the same name. In the kitchen, the talented Sandra Egger is responsible for the daily-changing three-, four- or five-course set menu. She and her team skilfully combine regional and seasonal influences with traditional and modern elements. The daily-fresh ingredients are prepared with care and flair – they feature on the menu in dishes such as Asmonte foam soup with croutons, stuffed veal breast with jus and courgette, or a wonderful apple pancake. On the back of the menu, information is provided as to their provenance and producers. The excellent wine list has a preponderance of Austrian labels in the selection plus a few South Tyrolean picks; talented and dedicated host Nicola Christian will gladly advise you – he heads up the team front of house, creating a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. As well as its inviting dining space, the restaurant has a terrace with a lovely view. The hotel also has cosy guestrooms, the TALAS Spa and a private beach where you can take a dip.
