Located in a listed post-war building that was designed by architect Dominik Burlet and built between 1957 and 1960, this pleasingly unpretentious restaurant is run with great enthusiasm by a friendly team. In the evening, the food takes the form of a four- to six-course surprise menu. The contemporary dishes, which draw on local and seasonal produce, are crafted with care and an eye for detail. A simple, inexpensive lunch set menu is served Tue-Thu. You can also just stop by for a drink or a quick bite. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and a DJ provides music after dinner some weekends. You might like to know that the restaurant is named after Saint-Rémy-de-Provence, where the chef's grandfather produced wine.
