Dating back to the second half of the 17C, the villa at the far end of Corso Butera belongs to the municipality of Bagheria. The building has retained its imposing Spanish-style tufa doorway, draped with knots and decorated with sculptures of fruits and flowers and a Spanish inscription. Inside the building, the Sala Borremans houses some remarkable frescoes.
