This beautiful castle with a Z-shaped floor plan is the centrepiece of a well-maintained forest estate. Partly constructed in the 16C, it has been occupied by the family that founded it ever since. Nearby is a remarkable stone dovecote with 844 nesting boxes, dating from 1696. Be sure to do the tour of the estate's distillery, complete with tasting.
