De beoordeling van de Michelin Gids
This Jesuit estancia, one of the most beautiful in the province (1618), stands at the heart of beautiful gardens. Specialising in wine production, it boasts a church, a residence, a bodega and the remains of an old mill. The dwellings of former slaves and its outbuildings have since disappeared. A tour here includes many of its rooms, including one used as a kitchen, in addition to an interesting collection of pottery and objects relating to the region's indigenous population.
