This building houses a museum, an art gallery and a library. On the first floor the museum is dedicated to geology and natural history. A collection of Scottish and foreign musketeer swords (covered guard) and a permanent collection of paintings, including works by Corot, Teniers, Constable, Millais and the Scottish School, are on alternate display.
