This floating village, one of the largest on Tonlé Sap, is home to two distinct communities who intelligently cohabit. The Vietnamese quarter, the most picturesque, built around its Catholic church, school and pagoda; and the Khmer quarter, a little less immaculate, but also with its own school and pagoda, as well as a bakery, ice vendor, fish market and even a floating gas station.
