The Musée d'Art et d'Histoire is located in the Hôtel Beurnier-Rossel, which was built in 1772-73 by Philippe de la Guêpière. This private mansion has retained its 18C character, especially in the apartments: period furniture, family portraits and encyclopaedists' library. The top two floors are dedicated to the history of the town and region, and exhibits include popular prints by the Deckherr brothers, Lutheran religious objects, traditional headdresses and ancient toys.
