This museum recalls the events of the Normandy Landings of 6 June 1944 as they unfurled right here at Utah Beach. It charts minute by minute, and very realistically, what occurred between the Allied forces directed by General Eisenhower and the Germany army commanded by Rommel: photos, witness accounts, various documents as well as weapons and uniforms, installed partly in a former bunker of the German line of defence. Fascinating!
