This is where chef-patron Markus Arnold draws inspiration from his travels. To complete the picture, this undisputedly cool establishment boasts a fine historical interior complete with high ceilings, a gallery and large arched windows – the open kitchen is the real attraction. The menu is completely different at lunchtime, when the concept is called "easy lunch".
