This handsome 19C listed stone house, located by a road and just a few minutes from downtown Pau, deploys all its charms to the rear of the property thanks to the peaceful garden patio, shaded by a hundred-year-old oak tree. Inside, the stylish dining room sports herringbone parquet flooring and high ceilings. Chef Nicolas Lormeau has been thriving in this plush setting for some years now. His inventive recipes are a treasure trove of plays on texture and harmonious or surprising flavours (such as the multiple textures of marinated scallops with passion fruit and sweetcorn or the semolina milk with truffles from Lot, kiwi and yuzu-flavoured white chocolate ice cream).
