This small bistro in the car-free centre of Collioure is relatively nondescript, which is all the better as it is not invaded by hordes of tourists. The lunchtime menu is excellent value-for-money, the fish is first class and the dishes are as carefully prepared as they are tasty. Flavoursome recipes with a kick, ideally paired with a fine selection of regional vintages. The type of establishment that brings a smile to your face, managed by an enthusiastic young chef.
