The interior of this fine building (1603) in the antique dealers' quarter calls to mind a contemporary loft. Now run by new proprietors, the restaurant proposes healthy market cuisine, often using local produce. On this particular day: cod, fregola salad, mango, cucumber, avocado and, for dessert, vacherin-style apricot, honey and rosemary. Pleasant terrace to the rear and excellent value for money at lunchtime.
