Take, as an example of his refined, perfectly crafted and beautifully presented creations, the two langoustines of impeccable quality, grilled until tender – they harmonise delightfully with the airy, creamy butter sauce and the aromatic fruity mango puree with a wisp of Buddha's hand. The set menu features two intriguing wine pairings. You can also dine à la carte. Magdalena Rambichler is always on hand, genial and extremely competent as head of service.
