Since 1989, this household name for its signature swamp eel rice has attracted a loyal fan base. Of all the branches, this two-storey one in the old part of town is the flagship. Apart from its famous rice dish topped with crisp, flavourful eel that imparts a robust wok-qi, the kitchen also recommends fatty roast char siu, all sorts of stir-fries and seafood dishes.
