This place has been dedicated to hospitality for over 500 years. Not only does the long-standing Hotel Wilden Mann have charming, individually styled guestrooms, it is also a bastion of fine dining. Sascha Behrendt has been the head chef at the upscale and elegant fine dining restaurant since April 2022. He incorporates Japanese elements into his classic cuisine, as well as nods to the region and the season. The four- to six-course set menu is available in both an omnivore and a vegetarian version. There are à la carte options too. In addition, the tempting caviar menu showcases different varieties – quail egg, blini, toast and butter are excellent accompaniments. Tip for motorists: the Kesselturm multi-storey car park is just a short walk away. Alternatively, you can park on the other side of the river, stroll through the beautiful old town and then cross the bridge (Reussbrücke).
