"Green Fine Dining" is the new concept that Denis Feix has brought to the MARBURGER Esszimmer. Previously chef at Il Giardino in Bad Griesbach and Zirbelstube in Stuttgart, here he presents vegetable-based dishes – made with produce from his own farm in Dagobertshausen – but there is also good fish and meat, if you don't want to go without.
