This establishment welcomes you in a space that used to be the resort's cinema. On the ground floor is the lounge bar, for an aperitif and finger food, and on the mezzanine, the restaurant proper. The chef cooks modern, tasty, well-crafted cuisine, such as pulled oxtail, Ratte potatoes and truffles or, in season, pan-fried scallops and spelt risotto with Beaufort cheese. A most charming welcome.
