Oak Barrel Aged Flanders Red Ale is paired with sweet jumbo shrimp topped with Hokkaido uni and a dot of caviar for an impressive duo. There are full cocktail and wine lists, but with great beers on tap, why bother? The Shaved Black Truffle Rice Lager is an exclusive, and well worth the price tag.
