Her menu highlights the cooking of her native Mexico City, featuring homestyle dishes like her signature guisados, as in tender, pork ribs slowly simmered in salsa verde, served with nopales and plenty of warm, handmade corn tortillas to mop up every last drop of the delectable sauce.
