Beschrijving
Florian Dauphin, son of friendly owners Eric and Isabelle Dauphin, is now at the helm of this restaurant, where you can look forward to cordial service. Diners are seated in a cosy setting to enjoy seasonal dishes that draw on French tradition . You can order à la carte or opt for a set menu. During the week, they propose a reasonably priced "Business Menü" at lunchtime. Access to the restaurant in the former brewery is via the inner courtyard. You also have the option of staying overnight: the six guestrooms have been individually designed by artist Margret Lafontaine.
