The emblem of this restaurant, which is now into its fourth decade and is spoken of very highly by everyone, is three barrels – a reference to its close connection with the wine sector. It features an entrance hall and several dining rooms with a classic-rustic feel and wine-focused decor, in which the menu showcases the cuisine of the Beira Alta region. The simple, copious dishes on offer include pork rice in a garlic and wine sauce, octopus “à lagareiro”, and the loin of confit cod with spinach and pork sausage.
