A lift takes you up to the fine dining restaurant of the Backstage Hotel. After a relaxed aperitif on the comfortable couch stationed beneath an originally designed chandelier made up of musical instruments, you can look forward to a creative surprise menu composed of four to seven courses, which is prepared in the open kitchen by Florian Neubauer's dedicated team. You will be handed a menu listing some of the main ingredients of the evening – it's up to you to just choose the number of courses! The modern and elegant interior is brimming over with artworks – this is the hallmark of the owner, artist and hotelier Heinz Julen. The centrally positioned fireplace also adds atmosphere.
