Another of Paul Bocuse's brasseries, but this one is quite simply huge (600 covers a day! ). The menu pays homage to the tradition that made a name for this great chef. Dishes include calf's liver with onions, spit - roast Bresse chicken, and sole meunière. It has a designer interior and a pretty terrace by the Saone.
