Lionel Lévy is a proud captain at the helm of L'Alcyone (named after the daughter of the god Aeolus), which opened in 2013 within the famous Hôtel-Dieu. His idea is to offer a decidedly Mediterranean cuisine, inflected with spices and showcasing local fish. It is served in a chic, sober atmosphere. Right on course!
