The ebullient Coline Faulquier, formerly of La Pergola, is now alone at the helm of her new restaurant, designed around the concept of sharing: the menu proposes half-portions so that diners can try several dishes, but also delicious casseroles cooked over a wood fire. The ingredients are carefully selected – Mediterranean fish, produce from organic market gardeners, wild herb gatherers etc. As for the decor, pleasant contemporary design, the dining area extended by a covered patio with an inner courtyard and terrace. An original style.
