This restaurant is almost the twin of the Pacifico Milano – an Italian brand dedicated to fusion cuisine with a particular emphasis on Peru. The mentor is Jaime Pesaque, an experienced Peruvian chef, who, while not the permanent chef here, influences and supervises the style of cuisine, adding his own imaginative touches.
