This splendid hike (19.5km - 6hr return) follows the course of the River Langevin. After crossing the Plaine des Sables, the trail descends into a narrow hollow, Grand Sable (2,240m) then into a larger area, Grand Pays (1,205m). You will enjoy matchless views amid lush vegetation before reaching Cap Blanc chapel (900m) and the delightful village of Grand Galet (550m), where you can stay overnight. Here you are only 9km from Langevin.
