Beschrijving
A famous Austrian tourist route, the upper Alpine road from Grossglockner commands stunning panoramas, from the summit of the Edelweißspitz, or from the Franz-Josephs-Höhe terrace, which offers a view of the highest peak of the Austrian Alps, the Grossglockner (3 797m), and the Pasterze glacier at its foot. The surrounding mountainous region is part of the Hohe Tauern National Park.
