Beschrijving
On the edge of the castle grounds and forming the east side of the parish church, the Decorated private Fitzalan Chapel contains a profusion of tombs and monuments to the Howard family. The church and chapel were originally one. The church became protestant but, due to the Howard ownership, the chapel remained Catholic. Thus, the two denominations worship under the same roof.
