Beschrijving
The smallest of the Eastern Frisian islands is relatively calm even in the high season. The most remarkable sight here is the old church of Westdorf, built one year after the great storm of 1826. The church bell next to the simple shrine comes from a boat that ran aground on the coast. The impressive valley of dunes on the east side of the island is also worth a visit.
