This superb museum is divided into four sections. Kode 4 presents an interesting overview of Norwegian and international art, from icons to contemporary works, as well as part of the Stenersen Collection (modern art including pieces by Klee, Picasso and Miró and Norwegian artists such as Weidemann). Kode 3 is home to the Rasmus Meyer Collections (Norwegian art from the 18C to 1915), including several works by Munch. Kode 2 is dedicated to interesting temporary exhibitions and Kode 1 to the region's decorative arts. A rich collection indeed!
