Beschrijving
Victor Vasarely donated to his country of origin several hundred of his works, which are exhibited in this part of Zichy Castle. The compositions (paintings, drawings, tapestries etc) show how his art evolved and his systematic use of optical illusions, playing on the alliance of geometrical shapes and colours. Fully renovated and now offering its displays a bright, contemporary space, the museum re-opened in 2017.
