Beschrijving
The Saint Vaast Beguine convent, a group of small houses set around an enclosure, was home to celibate or widowed women dedicated to leading a life of devotion or charity, and was transferred here in 1545. Cambrai used to have 11 Beguine convents but this is the last remaining one in France.
