A 15min walk from the barrio of San Diego, you come upon this less smart district, which is nonetheless just as lively and interesting. During the colonial era this part of Cartagena housed the working classes. It is still partly true, even if the neighbourhood is starting to be gentrified and becoming a more trendy area.
