From Civate, it is roughly an hour's walk to this Romanesque church, initially part of a Benedictine abbey, built on Mount Pedale. Your efforts will be rewarded by the panoramic view from the top and the visit of the church. The latter dates mainly from the 12C and sports some fascinating frescoes on the theme of the Apocalypse.
