Opened in 1926, this luxury South Florida hotel with 273 guestrooms was designed in a neo-Mediterranean "wedding cake" style and includes a 91m/298ft tower with a triple cupola that is visible from miles around. In its heyday, the Biltmore attracted the biggest Hollywood stars. Now restored, the hotel boasts an ornate lobby, an elegant ballroom with a vaulted ceiling, and a huge swimming pool.
