The buzzing neighbourhood of Medienhafen offers a comprehensive overview of contemporary architecture. Celebrity architects such as Frank Gehry (Neuer Zollhof 1-3 buildings) and David Chipperfield have contributed to its transformation. The project goes on, with the development of activities in creative professions (advertising, the arts, media etc) and the opening of luxury designer boutiques.
