The headquarters of the Evian mineral water company stand on the site of the former Cachat bar. The handsome Art nouveau-style wood and glass pavilion, by Jean-Albert Hébrard, is covered by a dome framed by semi-circular stained-glass windows adorned with plant motifs. In the hall are exhibits and practical information on Evian water and cures.
