The green cloisters of Santa Maria Novella lead, to the north, to the Spanish Chapel, which is decorated with late-14C frescoes by Andrea Buonaiuto. Comprising a series of allegorical figures and scenes, the frescoes evoke the triumph of the Church and the work of the Dominicans.
