The casa da Calçada houses the richly decorated apartments of a wealthy 19C bourgeois: English furniture, elaborate wardrobes and cabinets, etc. There is a fine collection of religious art. The Casa dos Azulejos boasts a fine collection of 12C-19C azulejos of different origins.
