Beschrijving

Nestling deep in the Causse Méjean, the Armand aven (sinkhole) is one of the wonders of the subterranean world. A funicular takes you down more than 100m underground, where you find yourself in a forest of stalagmites within a vast gallery 60m by 100m. The bases of some of the stalagmites measure up to 3m in diameter and 25m in height, while the vault is 45m high. A 3D-sound and light show now brings this imaginary world, worthy of Jules Verne, to life!
