All that remains of the magnificent Golconda Fort are impressive ruins. And yet in the 16C the incredible citadel was the seat of power of the Qutb Shahi dynasty. Built on the rocks, the ramparts and forts defended the royal treasure and the fabulous palace right at the top of the fortress.
